Overview

EcBooks Outsourcing & Advisory Limited provides accounting outsourcing, payroll and tax compliance, NGO and donor consulting and IT support to SMEs, NGOs, donor-funded projects and international organizations. We created the brand and designed and built the website end to end.

The challenge

Accounting is a trust business. The firm needed to look precise and credible to donors and international partners, while staying approachable for small businesses and start-ups. Four broad service lines and several distinct audiences had to be clear within seconds.

The solution

The logo is a clean wordmark: a green "Ec" monogram with interlocking letters beside "Books" in navy with a finely spaced "Outsourcing" beneath. The website carries the same palette: a confident dark hero with a free-consultation offer, a services overview organized into four clear groups, an About page with mission, vision, core values and target markets, and a contact page with a structured enquiry form. It is hand-built in HTML, CSS and JavaScript, responsive from phone to desktop, with subtle GSAP motion and a Swiper service carousel.

Process

Discovery
Mapped the service lines, the audiences (NGOs, SMEs, social enterprises) and the main call to action.
Logo
Designed the EcBooks wordmark in full-color and reversed versions.
UX/UI design
Planned the site structure and designed desktop and mobile layouts for every page.
Build
Developed a fast, responsive static website with light animation and accessible navigation.
Launch
Final content checks and deployment, currently in progress.
